    Complete changelog:

    - Turned HTML tags to lower case, self closed some tags.
    - Changed the top anchor's name from "_top" to "top" (so this is W3C compliant).
    - The nick is now enclosed by < > instead of [ ], this is less confusing as
    brackets can appear in nicks.
    - Added several divs to make CSS design easier.
This allow to use CSS to define the placement, and also spacing can be CSS
defined so you don't need to multiply the <BR /> tags. As a consequence, several
<BR> and <HR> have been removed, as they can be reproduced by CSS.
    In logpages
    - navtop: the link to the main page.
    - logs: the div that contains the log itself.
    - navbottom: the links to previous and next pages, if any.
    - totop: the link to the top of the page
    In main pages:
    - Changed the weekend ID to be a class, so there won't be several TD using the same ID.
    - A <div id="calendar"> contains the calendar.
The table width is set to 100% as it can be resized by the calendar div.
    In all pages:
    - footer: the "Generated by..." stuff.
    - Added several newlines to make the HTML code easier to read
    - Changed the generated default.css according to the above.
