#2 Milestone 1: minimal reqs for first release.

For a very first demo release (0.0.1-x) we should provide the following minimum:

• A ".deb" Debian package, compiled for 64-bit x86, installing:
• The lograw(1) command-line utility in "/usr/local/bin";
• The man-page for lograw; may contain "to do" parts.
• The utility should take a list of plain text files (7-bit ASCII, NL end-of-line), in a set of supported logfile formats, and combine them into plain text output;
• It should optionally take a start and end time option for the output;
• The logfile format should cover at least one commonly used in "/var/log/*" files.

Strictly speaking the pre-alpha releases fulfill the ticket requirements, but I'd like to fix up the package generation before issuing a 0.1-x release.
