Clancy,

The build failed on both of my Win2K machines.  It looks like the
jakarta-oro JAR you uploaded uploaded as a text file instead of a binary
file.  I replaced it with a fresh copy of the JAR from the Jakarta site and
it works fine now.  I have replaced the copy in CVS with the proper binary
copy - you may want to update and take it for a spin.

For future reference, please make sure that binary files get stored in the
CVS server as such.
