CVS commit

First commit into CVS. Incomplete, but needed to get a workspace going. Some ontologies shared from Stanford. After a great deal of research in CIAO-Prolog I found it comes with an incredible Java interface.. (Socket Based errk) But seems to have a very transparent and usefull API. Most files in CVS are intended to be used with SWI. I bought a copy of BinProlog in 1999 that I want to make a port for.. SO the 'goal' is to support SWI-Prolog, B-Prolog, BinProlog and CIAO-Prolog first then work on eCLiPse. We'll see what the actuall order will be!
