Jeremy, I too get the same various numbers appearing after the A. More often than not I get an error message saying "Message could not be loaded", I get this error both on and off wi-fi so it cannot be a connection issue. I have an incredible connection speed at home and yet still I get that error message. I rely heavily on my AKO mail so I am in need of an alternative to Logicmail if I cannot resolve these issues. Please let me know if you find anything out or are able to resolve your issues. Welcome back from Afghanistan and glad you're safe. Subject: [Logicmail-users] A6 NO [UNAVAILABLE] IDLE I recently returned from a year deployment to Afghanistan. When I started using my Blackberry LogicMail I started receiving the error message "A6 NO [UNAVAILABLE] IDLE not available". Everything worked before I left last year. I've tried to uninstall and re-install with no luck. I don't always get the error message but there is no correlation to when it appears or doesn't. When the message appears, it happens immediately when I boot the program after it refreshes the folder list. Also happens when I click on a folder and try to open a new email. I'll get the error message and then a message saying "Message unavailable". The number appearing after the "A" changes, I've seen 6, 22, 13, and several others. Any ideas what is happening?
