[Logicmail-users] A6 NO [UNAVAILABLE] IDLE

I recently returned from a year deployment to Afghanistan. When I started using my Blackberry LogicMail I started receiving the error message "A6 NO [UNAVAILABLE] IDLE not available". 

Everything worked before I left last year. I've tried to uninstall and re-install with no luck. 

I don't always get the error message but there is no correlation to when it appears or doesn't. When the message appears, it happens immediately when I boot the program after it refreshes the folder list. Also happens when I click on a folder and try to open a new email. I'll get the error message and then a message saying "Message unavailable". 
The number appearing after the "A" changes, I've seen 6, 22, 13, and several others. 

Any ideas what is happening?
