When apps don't work, I know there's a natural tendency to "uninstall, reinstall, reboot, do the hokey pokey and turn yourself around", and it may even work with some complex apps full of system hooks, but it's really just a waste of time when it comes to simple network connectivity issues. (or even most LogicMail problems, many of which are simple network connectivity issues) Also, "the web browser works" is rarely a valid test. So many firewalls may let web traffic through while blocking other things. Also, the web browser is likely to have its own special bag of tricks for getting data, many of which may not be usable by apps like LogicMail. So here's what I would do: 1) Make sure your phone has WiFi connectivity, and that you're not blocking outgoing connections to e-mail server ports 2) On the LogicMail configuration screen, scroll down to the Networking section, and change the connection method from "Auto" to "WiFi only". (you can also do the equivalent of #2 from the setup wizard, and can also change it per-account in the advanced settings of each account) P.S. Of course if it works everywhere except your home, I wouldn't be the least bit surprised if its a simple firewall configuration problem at your home router. -Derek On 06/02/2012 10:22 AM, Philippe LeCavalier wrote: > Hi Guys. > > I setup LogicMail for the first time a few days ago.
