Hi dear developers,

I use logicmail 2.1.0.38(dev) all the time and really love it.
I also use tiggit mail.

I have a few feature request to logicmail:
- Have controllable preload size
  Logicmail doesn't preload email contents. So I have to wait to see email
till it finishes download.
  Tiggit can preload.
- Led alert for new emails
  I setup in profile but it doesn't work.
- Support Chinese emails
  My OS is Japanese OS6. Logicmail can display Japanese emails correctly but
not Chinese emails. Chinese emails are showing ???.
  Tiggit mail can display correctly.

The one comes first is more important to me.
