Upgrade to the latest release of 6.0 for your phone.  Its a bug in the 
OS.  The early builds/leaks of 6.0 for the 9700 had this problem, and 
I've actually seen it myself.

(the version number and event log were a dead giveaway, since I've 
actually been running 6.0 on my own 9700 since the leaks from late last 
year.)
