I was able to reproduce the issue by faking the behavior of your IMAP server, and wrote this ticket: http://www.logicprobe.org/proj/logicmail/ticket/274 I also checked in a fix for it, which should be in the latest pre-release branch build. (Links are on the main project web page, separated by BlackBerry OS version.)
