Please change the log level to "Debug info" (on the Event Logger's options screen) and enable the "Connection debugging" option in LogicMail (at the bottom of LogicMail's main configuration screen), and try this again. That will cause it to log the actual data the server is sending back to cause this issue. (alternatively, giving me access to an account I can reproduce this myself on will also help) Thanks. -Derek On 11/14/2010 06:35 AM, Daniel Machín Vazquez-Illá wrote: > Hello, > I think I have found a bug in logicmail 1.9.1.226 while trying to > retrieve mail from Yahoo IMAP server (I get unknown error) > This is the log: > #BlackBerry Event Log (cpt) > #HwID: 0x-------- > #DPIN: 0x-------- > #PVer: 5.2.0.33 > #AVer: 5.0.0.411 > W LogicMail - Connection closed - 13/11 23:40:42 > i LogicMail - ImapProtocol.executeLogout() - 13/11 23:40:41 > S LogicMail - java.lang.NullPointerException - 13/11 23:40:41 > a Java Exception - NullPointerException - 13/11 23:40:41 > | No detail message > | LogicMail-2(4CD1EA25) > | ImapClient > | getFolderTree > | 0x1EDA > | LogicMail-2(4CD1EA25) > | IncomingMailConnectionHandler > | <private> > | 0x6BC3 > | LogicMail-2(4CD1EA25) > | IncomingMailConnectionHandler > | handleRequest > | 0x6808 > | LogicMail(4CD1EA25) > | AbstractMailConnectionHandler > | handlePendingRequests > | 0x52D > | LogicMail(4CD1EA25) > | AbstractMailConnectionHandler$ConnectionThread > | run > | 0xB2A > i LogicMail - ImapProtocol.executeList("Trash/", "%") - 13/11 23:40:41 > i LogicMail - ImapProtocol.executeList("Sent/", "%") - 13/11 23:40:40 > i LogicMail - ImapProtocol.executeList("Inbox/", "%") - 13/11 23:40:40 > i LogicMail - ImapProtocol.executeList("Draft/", "%") - 13/11 23:40:40 > i LogicMail - ImapProtocol.executeList("Bulk Mail/", "%") - 13/11 23:40:39 > i LogicMail - ImapProtocol.executeList("", "%") - 13/11 23:40:39 > i LogicMail - ImapProtocol.executeList("", "*") - 13/11 23:40:38 > i LogicMail - ImapProtocol.executeList("", "") - 13/11 23:40:38 > i LogicMail - ImapProtocol.executeNamespace() - 13/11 23:40:38 > i LogicMail - ImapProtocol.executeLogin("xxxxxx.xxxxxx", "123456") - > 13/11 23:40:36 > i LogicMail - ImapProtocol.executeCapability() - 13/11 23:40:36 > W LogicMail - Connection established: > Socket: class net.rim.device.api.crypto.tls.ssl30.SSL30Connection > Local address: 192.168.22.100 > URL: ssl://imap.mail.yahoo.com:993;interface=wifi - 13/11 23:40:35 > W LogicMail - Opened connection: > TCP_WIFI > ssl://imap.mail.yahoo.com:993;interface=wifi - 13/11 23:40:35 > i LogicMail - MaildirFolder.close() - 13/11 23:40:29 > i LogicMail - MaildirFolder.getFolderMessages() - 13/11 23:40:29 > i LogicMail - MaildirFolder.open() > Opened with 0 messages in index file - 13/11 23:40:29 > i LogicMail - MaildirFolder.open() > Opening: file:///SDCard/BlackBerry/logicmail/local/Trash - 13/11 23:40:29 > i LogicMail - MaildirFolder.close() - 13/11 23:40:29 > i LogicMail - MaildirFolder.getFolderMessages() - 13/11 23:40:29 > i LogicMail - MaildirFolder.open() > Opened with 0 messages in index file - 13/11 23:40:29 > i LogicMail - MaildirFolder.open() > Opening: file:///SDCard/BlackBerry/logicmail/local/Sent - 13/11 23:40:29 > i LogicMail - MaildirFolder.close() - 13/11 23:40:29 > i LogicMail - MaildirFolder.getFolderMessages() - 13/11 23:40:29 > i LogicMail - MaildirFolder.open() > Opened with 0 messages in index file - 13/11 23:40:29 > i LogicMail - MaildirFolder.open() > Opening: file:///SDCard/BlackBerry/logicmail/local/Drafts - 13/11 23:40:29 > W LogicMail - Application startup > Date: Sáb nov 13 23:40:28 Europe/Brussels 2010 > Name: LogicMail > Version: 1.9.1.226 > Platform: 5.0.0.411 > - 13/11 23:40:28 > Please let me know if I can help in any way > Regards > > > > > ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ > Centralized Desktop Delivery: Dell and VMware Reference Architecture > Simplifying enterprise desktop deployment and management using > Dell EqualLogic storage and VMware View: A highly scalable, end-to-end > client virtualization framework.
