[Logicmail-users] Minimum BlackBerry OS is now 4.5 (for development builds)

This affects build 1.9.1.221 and forward.

FYI, build 221 (and likely a couple following it) will mainly contain 
changes to support upgrading the base OS version.  (renaming of old 
references, fixing usage of deprecated APIs, etc.)

The next task on my plate afterwards is fixing the HTML message display 
problem on OS 6.0 (as discussed in a recent e-mail).
