Okay, I did a bunch of checkins last night, which did the following:
- Fixed the sent/draft configuration bug (bug was a side-effect of 
layout fixes from a few weeks ago)
- Improved mailbox loading/refresh performance (the part where it 
populates the mailbox screen before connecting to the server)
- Fixed a bug in the connection code that could (if the stars align) 
cause an unexplainable error
- Fixed an issue where the last few messages in a mailbox weren't making 
their way to the screen
- Fixed off-by-one issues where "load 20 messages on refresh" actually 
load 21 messages

Hopefully that made sense.
