They most certainly are still building JAD files.  How do you think I 
install it myself? ;-)
I'm not sure what version/link you normally use to do your OTA installs, 
but all the ones on the web page still seem to be working just fine.  I 
haven't even changed them in quite a while.  (last change was a few 
months ago when I removed the separated touch-device builds)
