If you delete and reinstall the app, or even just delete and re-create your accounts, you will be working off of fresh configuration settings within the app. All these settings are stored in a part of device memory that's not really user-accessible. The only thing that's stored in files you can delete, is the contents of local folders and message cache data. That data can be stored in "Device Memory" (only on certain devices that have a writable filesystem on-board) or the "Media Card" (i.e SDCard). There is a configuration option to select which one is in use. If using "Device Memory", I put the files here: [Device Memory] /home/user/logicmail/ If using "Media Card", I put the files here: [SDCard] /BlackBerry/logicmail/ P.S.
