It would be at least as hard as adding S/MIME support, but probably harder. (the device already has crypto APIs and a keystore for managing X.509 certificates, which would be necessary for S/MIME) With PGP, we'd probably have to implement our own system of key/trust management. Right now I really don't have time to work on either, if you want me to ever finish 2.0. However, if someone else wants to work on these, I'll welcome the contribution.
