To just run the app, using the binaries works fine. But to actually poke at any of the code, I strongly recommend the latest instructions with the latest RIM Eclipse plugin (1.1 beta 2). (the "trunk" codebase pretty much requires it... The LogicMail-1.1 branch is still setup for the older 1.0 plugin.)
