[Logicmail-users] Wrong coding after save-restore from cache

In version 1.9.1 (build 2009-12-07), non-English (Cyrillic) characters
corrupt during caching to SD-card process.
The same problem occurs when trying to reply using Cyrillic coding, seems
because of caching the draft before sending.
