Pretty sure others have tried.
First recommendation would be grabbing the latest 1.1 (maintenance branch)
build, and trying that.  It does have some additional bug-fixes on top of
1.0.x.  I'll take this as another reminder to cut a release from it.  (the
only lacking thing is updated translations, so I should just put a flag in
the build process to disable them)
