The best way to submit feature requests is with tickets on the website.  
"Feature Request" is one of the ticket types you can write.  Most of the 
things you're interested in should probably be assigned to the 2.0 milestone, 
though some might work for the 1.1 branch.

I'll give you a pass this time, and write up the tickets for you :-)  I'll 
also use that as an opporunity to fill in my comments on each one.  I'll set 
you as a CC on the tickets, so you should get automated e-mails from Trac as I 
submit them.
