[Logicmail-users] Bug (dev branch): Says changes were made to account after viewing Folder settings

If you go to the configuration page for an account, switch from Basic Settings to Folder settings, then hit the back button, it asks if you want to Save, Discard or Cancel.  It shouldn't ask, since nothing was actually changed.  Ditto if you view the Advanced settings.
