The best way to troubleshoot an issue like this is to look at the messages
you are trying to open, and how LogicMail is seeing them. The real problem
could be anything from a bug to a simple issue with the message contents.
(for example, an HTML body with content and a Text body that is empty)
My first recommendation is to use these instructions to capture the actual
network traffic between your mail server and LogicMail when trying to
download one of these messages. If we're lucky, the problem will become
pretty clear once reviewing the data:

P.S. Feel free to send the log to me privately, if you don't feel
comfortable sending it to the list, but either is fine if you edit out
personal information from the message.

Subject: [Logicmail-users] Only downloads headers...
I just installed LogicMail on my Bb 8330 Curve running OS 4.3. I have no
BIS. Only WAP connection through MetroPCS. It intsalled fine which is a
miracle since most apps are not working with this setup. I can download the
headers to emails but when I select them and attempt to open them up there
is no text in the body of the meails. The sole exception was when I tested
sending an email from the BB to my work address. I received the email fine
at my work address. I resonded and received the response fine on the BB. Was
able to open and read it fine.I am connecting to an online POP server that
is provided by Jumpline (my online server space provider). Has anyone else
had a similar experience?
