There is no API for controlling the app, and there is currently
no way to "auto-configure" the app like you suggest.
If you have any ideas on how such a feature should be
implemented, or would like to work on it, just let me know.
Otherwise, you could create a custom build of the application
with all of your configuration settings hard-coded. However,
neither the app nor the build process was designed with this
in-mind, so it won't be that easy.
