You should read the developer manual of LogicalDOC

anyway after you've installed maven 2 vers. 2.1.0
from a cmd shell go inside the folder of the module logicaldoc-util
and type the command:

mvn -Dmaven.test.skip=true clean package

if all goes well you should find a new packaged jar inside the folder target
