[Logicaldesktop-general] PyKDE ?

Hi,

I've upgraded today and found that the latest version was using Kde. I 
installed PyKDE (which made me upgrade PyQT and sip) and finally... I didn't 
find any difference in the GUI ^^,

Where is KDE specifically used ? Well, this I can read in the code. The better 
question is : why, rather than straight Qt ?
