[Logic-security-developers] Commits, Removals

I changed the show_menu function today..there were a
few things there that needed fixing, as well as the
fact that all the code was on one huge line, so I
fixed that.

I also removed several files such as all of the plugin
related files as well as externs.h (it was once used
for logging but I deleted that functionality a while
back).
