Hello, Alexander. Although I haven't used any crypto libraries yet, I'm familiar with the general ins and outs of using Windows libraries, and would gladly help you to create a suitable interface to them. I don't think .NET is a great idea right now, as we have a lot on our hands already. (Personally, if Microsoft rejects C win32 in favour of exclusive .NET when future Windows SDKs are released, I'm switching over to Linux and not looking back.)
