That is, of course, provided that you don't mind not using a GUI.
Honestly, I think the command line version is clearer, and you'll gain
a better understanding of how CVS works, which will be useful on other
projects. When I used to develop things in windows, I used WinCVS I
believe - because I found Tortoise hid too many things, and didn't
allow me to easily accomplish what I wished to do. WinCVS was slightly
better.<br>
