#2 Loggy 3.0 patch #01

Before the official release of loggy 3.1, i've done a
patch, that fix two bugs in the loggy 3.0, the first
it's a problem with the -a option and the second it's a
little problem with the strncpy() for the '-c' option

well, patch it!
