Interesting. Looks like your DNS doesn't resolve log4perl.sourceforge.net.
Try this:

    ping log4perl.sourceforge.net

and this:

    telnet log4perl.sourceforge.net 80

If this fails also with "Bad Hostname", then there's an issue with
your DNS.
