[log4perl-devel] Installation of log4perl in ClearCase

Hello all,

are there any instructions on how to install log4perl manually in an 
existing perl installation?

Background:
We are using IBM Rational ClearCase/ClearQuest.  On Windows, that 
installation already contains
parts of an ActiviPerl 5.6.1 installation.  However, it does not contain 
ppm :-(

We'd be very grateful for a good hint on how to install log4perl.
