[log4perl-devel] List Policy Change

Hey there, Log4perl enthusiasts,

lately, the log4perl-devel mailing list has received an untolerable amount of
spam, so I've enabled "moderation mode", which means that every post must be
approved by either Kevin or myself. When the spam flood dies down, we might
revert it to the previous state. Any objections, please let me know!
