[log4perl-devel] Place severity in email subject?

I would like to put the severity level in email subjects and not only in the
body.

Apparently, there was a thread on this issue back in January 2003. At this
time it was not possible to put it into a parametrization of
Log::Dispatch::Email::MailSend.

Has there been any progress since?
