[log4perl-devel] Failed test (t\005Config-Perl.t at line 54)

I tried to install Log::Log4perl and I got the following error running the 
test suite:

This is the only error in all of the tests, I assumed it was a typo in the 
test suite, modified the appropiate test ( to 28 instead of 47) and it 
appears to install ok.
