[log4perl-devel] Log::Log4perl PPD updated

Hi Dave,

the *.ppd file and the tarfile on log4perl.sourceforge.net have been 
updated to not require File::Spec anymore -- hope that'll fix the 
problem with the ActiveState install you experienced earlier.
