Yeah, Data::Dumper doesn't always return data in the same order, darn 
it.  My changes to the rel-0-28 branch will fix the failure of 
038XML-DOM1.t.

I don't have access to a solaris box, the problem looks like it's in 
Log::Dispatch::Syslog, it might have to do with the individual system 
setup. We could just take the test out, but on the other hand it might 
be telling us something useful here.  I'm not sure what to do--what do 
you think?
