[log4perl-devel] DOMConfigurator is in alpha

There's now a decent version of DOMConfigurator in CVS that will
initialize log4perl from an xml file that conforms to the log4j.dtd.  It
doesn't yet support any of the log4perl extensions we've been coming up
with.  Still a bunch of loose ends to tie up, but it's useable.
