Ah, thanks, that explains it. Do you know how a package finds its way 
into the Activestate standard repository? It's kind of strange that 
Log::Dispatch is in 5.6.1 but not 5.8.0.
 It would be great if both Log::Log4perl and Log::Dispatch could be 
included (as well as Param::Validate etc.), because requiring users to 
manually resolve dependencies and use "nmake" is quite a hurdle, since 
"nmake" usually isn't installed on Windows systems.
