[log4perl-devel] ppm install - can't find Test-More

I tried to install log4perl via ppm as follows:

	install "http://log4perl.sourceforge.net/ppm/Log-Log4perl.ppd"

After it installed the File-Spec and Log-Dispatch prerequisites, it =
aborted with the following:

	Error: Package 'Test-More' not found. Please 'search' for it first.
