Hmm, this doesn't work. Could you do me a favor and run a 

    diff -Naur Log-Log4perl Log-Log4perl.erik

and resend the patch? This way I can apply it easily with "patch". Also, including the test case into the patch file would save me some work. Sorry for the inconvenience :)

That's probably not intended, I think "OFF" should be higher prio than FATAL and therefore suppress it. Kevin, what do you think?
