[log4perl-devel] Log::Log4perl 0.21ready?

Hi Kevin,

I churned out quite a lot of code while you were gone -- could you please 
take a look (it's all documented in Changes) and also run your benchmark 
again to figure out if I introduced any avoidable slowness? If everything's 
ok so far, I'd like to release 0.21 to CPAN.
