It looks like the v2.32 release of XML::Parser on 27-Jul-2003 broke
XML::DOM. The v1.43 of XML::DOM released on 28-Jul-2003 has this changelog:
1.43 (tjmather) 07/28/2003
- Fixed bug that manifests itself with XML::Parser 2.32 and greater,
specify external style as 'XML::Parser::Dom' rather than just 'Dom'.

So it's not our problem, it means the versions of XML::Parser and
XML::DOM used by Kingpin are incompatible. What should we do with the
error report?
