Ive pulled the trigger, the attached module is now on its way to PAUSE.
Changes from 008 to 01 are predominantly POD rework,
but I also added the following prefix to each item in test-coverage report.
#log4perl.category.
this makes the test-coverage report easily editable to a complete
list of all your calls to the logger.
