#50 pb RollingFileAppender

It semms that the File Appender still lock the file (cf post
799960).
I downloaded the file and rebuilt the solution and it still
locked in miltiThreaded. Maybe I don't configure corectly
my appenders ??
I can't initialise a rollingFileAppender not using config
File. Itried my code whith a File appender and it
work ????
