#39 ColorConsoleAppender does not restore Console colors

Not sure if you classify this as a bug or as a "feature",
however I'd like to see the ColorConsoleAppender
restore the existing console settings after it is done
printing.

This is because I'd like to have all of my log4net
messages have a background color while I'd like all of my
Console.Write commands to have the default black
background with white text. Other users may also have
set up colors for console printing from Console.Write
(Line) that they would probably like restored after
log4net prints a line.
