The included log4net-sdk-net-1.1.chm does not include
a section on the EventLogAppender. This makes it
appear that the EventLogAppender is no longer
supported.

    ColoredConsoleAppender
    EventLogAppender
    NetSendAppender
    RemotingAppender
    SMTPAppender

    Looks like it is time to upgrade NDoc
