[Log4cplus-devel] State of log4cplus 1.x vs. 2.x

Hi,

I would like to implement an adapter from our internal Logging API to log4cplus, and I am unsure which version to target. Log4cplus 2.0 has not been released yet, but I would prefer to use that as a target if it is likely to be released in the next months. What needs to be done for log4cplus to be released? Maybe I could assist in getting it done as soon I have a running prototype adapter.

If there are major obstacles in releasing 2.0, I would probably better stick with 1.2.x for now, right?
