[Log4cplus-devel] log4cplus 1.0.4.2 released

Hi.

I have released log4cplus 1.0.4.2. It is a maintenance release that
contains only a handful of fixes. Here are additions since 1.0.4.2-RC1:

- Update with Automake 1.12.6.

- Fixed DllMain() issue with MinGW.
