[Log4cplus-devel] [MERGE] CMakeLists.txt: add LOG4CPLUS_BUILD_TESTING switch

Dear list members,

would be great to get these bundled changes in upcomming relaese 1.1.

These changes makes it easier to have a top level cmake project include
log4cplus. There are no side-effects on building log4cplus alone with cmake.
Other buildsystems are not afected at all.
