log4cplus 1.0.4-RC9 has been released. The most important change is a fix to
compilation failure that has appeared in RC9.

  - Fixed compilation problem in timehelper.cxx.
  - Added %X{N} PatternLayout format specifier for NDC with limited
    depth.
  - Added facility property to SysLogAppender.

  - Always handle %s time format specifier (seconds since epoch) in
    log4cplus. Detect and use clock_gettime() when available.
  - Fixed compilation on OpenSolaris with Sun C++.
  - Fixed compilation on OpenBSD.
